I am a poet my words are an extension of my mind transferred to paper through the hand of an artist

You put your heart on the line one too many times now you are broken,

Wanting to be the one by your side without the risk of pain and strife,

That is why I am so glad that you are another friend here in my life,

Traveling down a lonely road I want you to know you are never alone,

Just call on my and I will be there to carry you through the hard times,

No such thing as perfection but you are as close as I have ever seen,

How do I explan with words just how strong the feeling inside really is,

One little kiss on the cheek and wow my knees had become weak,

When you are around my heart is fluttering and I cant speak,

One of the best things in my life that has recently happend to me,

You are amazing and worth more than a precious jewel cant you see,

Girl you are more than the word beautiful when you are with me,

Just to make you smile makes my life seem as if it is complete,

You are like a queen or at least that is how you should be treated,

Just a the way you laugh the way you smile it makes this worth while,

Waiting on you is worth each second I would have to spend in the end,

I love what we have as friends and hope it never fades away from us,

Hopefully we can watch as it grows and flowers into something new,

Someday maybe I will be the lucky guy thats standing next to you,

Love you and I hope you know that each of these words is the truth,

I know your heart is broken but a little love is all it is really in need of.
